From festivals and fairs to unique community gatherings, there is always something happening in Rogers County.
This 4-day intensive site-specific workshop series in Northeastern Oklahoma will be at Ed Galloway’s Totem Pole Park. Each day will focus on a different theme, such as Totem Pole Parks and Monumentality and Art, Public Space and Roadside Attractions. Themes will be developed through readings, discussions, hands-on restoration of physical artworks, and lectures. Workshop dates are: Session 1, Aug. 1-4, and Session 2, Aug. 16-19.
Lecture Dates are August 6, location to be determined; and August 20, The Center for Public Secrets, Tulsa.
