Boologah Chili Cook-Off in Oologah: November 1
Celebrate Halloween in downtown Oologah! Community organizations and businesses line the streets to pass out candy and celebrate the spooky season. With games, food trucks, costume prizes and more, Boologah offers families a perfect option to safely celebrate the day after Halloween.
Join in for a spooktacular evening of chili fun during this first ever cook-off! Judging is at 5:30 p.m. and then Boologah Trick or Treating starts! A free chili supper will be available at the Community Center after judging, but hurry it will go fast!

Pumpkin Festival at Shepherd’s Cross in Claremore: Now through November 8
Experience the best parts of fall at the 2025 Pumpkin Festival at Shepherd’s Cross. This authentic, working farm showcases truckloads of pumpkins in every shape and size and transforms into an autumn dreamland during this annual festival. Guests can enjoy a hay maze, create a scarecrow, go for a hayride, stop by and pet the farm animals at the petting zoo, and take part in games and activities the whole family will enjoy. At the end of the day, stop by and purchase some straw bales and corn stalks to take home and bring a touch of the farm to your home! The Pumpkin Festival is open Tuesdays through Saturdays. It will also be open on Monday, October 27.
