The Andy Payne Memorial pays tribute the winner of the 1928 International Transcontinental Foot Race going from Los Angeles, CA to New York City, most of it was ran on Route 66.

A must-see stop on any Route 66 adventure, visitors can stretch their legs and enjoy lunch at the park’s picnic facilities, which overlook the iconic Andy Payne Statue.
